How much notice do you need for boxes with donuts?
We require a 48 hour notice period to take on this order. But do not hesitate to message us via Instagram if you are after an urgent last minute order. We might be able to figure something out! 

How much notice do you need for boxes with simple cupcakes (chocolate, cookie & cream, red velvet and fantasy)?
We require a 72 hour notice period to take on this order. But do not hesitate to message us via Instagram if you are after an urgent last minute order. We might be able to figure something out! 

How much notice do you need for boxes with complex cupcakes (personalised)?
We require at least 1 week notice to take on this order as we work with a local baker that runs their own baking business. 

Do you offer savoury boxes with cheeses and meats?
We do not offer savoury boxes but can make a sweet box with 
dried fruit, nuts and pretzels. 

Do you offer gluten free, dairy free or vegan options?
We absolutely do! Let us know in the note section if you are tolerant to "traces of". 

Can I customise my order?
Yes, Yes and Yes! Customisation is our speciality! We often say our customers create our products! You guys have the best ideas and others love them too!

Do you take bulk orders and corporate orders?
We absolutely do! If you can't find what you are looking for on the website, use the Contact Us page to send us a message detailing your needs. We can work together to create unique boxes that can include branded cookies or cupcakes!

Where do you deliver to?
All of Canberra, plus some areas in NSW - Queanbeyan, Googong, Jerrabomberra and Royalla.

What happens if nobody is home when you are delivering?
Orders will be left in a safe shaded area and we will send a message to the customer to inform them. If we are delivering to an apartment block, we will call the recipient and seek directions from them. If we do not receive a response, we will need to leave the box in a safe shaded area and will inform the customer. 

Where can I pick-up?
Pick up is in Coombs. 

What is your cancellation policy?
We will only accept to refund you if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your delivery or pick up date. Unfortunately, if it is within the 48 hour window, we will only be able to offer store credit, which never expires!

Where is my confirmation email? I can't find it in my mailbox.
Unfortunately our emails sometimes end up in your junk mailbox. So make sure to check there. If you still haven't received it, flick us an email and we'll make sure to send it again.
